Thrive is Newsboys' ninth studio album, released in 2002. It was produced by Steve Taylor and Peter Furler, and was their first pop rock album since Step Up to the Microphone. It debuted at #38 on the Billboard 200, and featured the mega hit It Is You, and to a lesser extent, Million Pieces (Kissin' Your Cares Goodbye) and Lord (I Don't Know). It Is You Pre-Order EP was given to anyone who pre-ordered the album. Thrive Special Edition was released in 2005, coupling Thrive and Thrive: From the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum DVD.
